HBO is introducing a new season of its epic fantasy series “Game of Thorns” on Monday.
The first season, which is set to debut this spring, will see characters fight a battle royale, and the new series will also introduce a new cast of characters.
The new series “Sons of the Harpy” is set in the Middle East and has a lot to say about the war between the kingdoms of Westeros and Essos.
It stars Peter Dinklage as the leader of a royal family in the south of Westerosi, while Lena Headey plays Queen Cersei Lannister.
The show also introduces the characters of Tyrion Lannister, the Hound, Daenerys Targaryen and Jaime Lannister who will fight in the upcoming season.
The second season of “Game” will have more of a medieval setting and will feature new characters from Westeros, Essos and beyond.
“Sansa Stark” will be played by actress Sophie Turner who previously played “Arya Stark,” the sister of the late Jon Snow.
The other major character from “Game,” “Tyrion Lannisters” will play a leading role.
